Yes, we do have wheelchair accessible rooms.

You can check in any time after 2pm and check out any time before 12pm. If you wish to check in earlier than the check-in time or check out later than the check-out time, please feel free to send us an email with your reservation number and we will do our best to meet your needs, depending on the availability of the room.

No, this is a smoke-free hotel. The hotel and hotel rooms are all equipped with smoke detectors.

Yes, you can connect your electronic devices to either Wi-Fi or Ethernet (please ask for an Ethernet cable at the front desk).

Amenities include a spa centre that is made up of a 26-foot long pool, a sauna and Turkish bath (if you are planning to use the sauna or Turkish bath, please inform the receptionist 40 minutes beforehand to ensure they are hot upon your arrival). You will also have access to our fitness centre. The spa and fitness centres are open every day from 6am to 10pm, and are located on the floor -1.

Yes, the hotel has two elevators that travel to all of the floors for our guests’ convenience.
